True tube by Zlata M. Get it at PFD.

VIP Halloween kit by Bibi's Collection. Get it at SATC.

Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow

Font Singlesville Script.

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Element 26. Resize by 75%.

Using your preset shape tool draw out a circle in the color you want to use for your font.

Select your font tool and change it from Vector to floating.

Hover over the edge of the circle til you see the A have the u shape under it.

Type out your font around the edge of the circle.

Click on the circle in your layer palette and promote selection to layer.

Deselect.

Delete the vector circle layer.

Apply Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow of 3 to font.

Dropshadow.

Select the inside of the frame layer using your magic wand.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 5.

Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.

C/P paper 3 into selection.

Add another new raster layer.

C/P Paper 5 into selection.

Deselect.

Change the layer property on the top paper to Luminance (L).

Move the frame to your top layer.

Dropshadow frame.

C/P Element 25. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate glass. Position them about halfway up the right side of the frame.

C/P Element 66. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate apple.

Position one apple at the bottom left of the glasses, the other slightly down and to the left from the original.

C/P Element 35. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Use your deform tool to position under the top candy apple.

C/P Element 14. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow.

Position at the bottom of the glass to the right.

C/P Element 63. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position near the bottom of the original cupcake.

C/P Element 36. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position to the left of the devil cupcake.

C/P Element 7. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position to the left of the cherry cupcake.

C/P Elements 33&34. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate each candy corn a few times.

Use your deform tool to position along the bottom of the cupcakes.

C/P your tube. Dropshadow.

Position over the left side of the frame.

C/P Element 50. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position over your tube.

Type out your name in red over the paper.

Add inner bevel of choice.

Change the layer property to Hard Light.

Dropshadow.
