Change the layer property on the top layer to multiply.

Change the opacity to 60.

Dropshadow original tube layer.

Select the frame layer in your layer palette.

Position over the top right side of the frame.

C/P Broom.

Resize by 30%.

Use your deform tool to position along the bottom of the frame & Pumpkins.

Resize by 10%.

Position candles along the right side of the frame.

C/P Cauldron.

Resize by 10%.

Using your eraser tool remove the handle on the cauldron.

Resize by 50%.

Adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correct.

Set the source to white and the target to #00c000.

Dropshadow.

Using your eraser tool remove any sparkles too far to the side of the cauldron.

Duplicate sparkles & Mirror.

Move into position over the cauldron.

C/P Skull 2.

Resize by 10%. Dropshadow.

Position to the left side of the cauldron.

Resize by 10%. Dropshadow.

Position over the right side of the skull.
