Open a new canvas size 500 by 500.

C/P Element 50.

Resize by 75%.

Select the inside of both parts of the frame using your magic wand.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.

C/P Paper 4 into selection.

Deselect.

C/P Element 68.

Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Dropshadow frame.

C/P Element 5.

Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position near the bottom right of the frame.

Resize by 20%. Dropshadow.

Use your deform tool to position under the right side of the glass.

Move under the glass in your layer palette.

Apply inner bevel of choice.

Add gradient Glow of 3 in white.

Dropshadow.

Type out your name in white.

Add Gradient Glow of 3 in #815b3f.

C/P your tube.

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

Selections, Select all.

Add a new raster layer.

C/P Paper 10 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply your edge psp frame.

Dropshadow frame.

C/P Element 59.

Resize by 55%.

Select the inside of the frame using you magic wand.

Selections, modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.

C/P Paper 3 into selection.

Add a new raster layer.

Apply VDL Adrenaline Snowflakes with the following settings.

Close layer for now.

Add another new raster layer.

Apply VDL Adrenaline again but hit the random seed button once.

Close the layer for now.

Add another new raster layer.

Apply VDL Adrenaline again but hit the random seed button once.

Close the layer for now. 

Deselect.

C/P Element 8.

Resize by  50%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate cloud.

Move clouds under the closed snow layers.

C/P Element 41.

 Resize by 45%. Dropshadow.

Position under right side of the round frame layer.

Move the church layer under all your closed snow layers.

Resize by 55%. Dropshadow.

Use your deform tool to position over the top right side of the frame.

C/P Element 71.

Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.

Position near the bottom right of the frame.

Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Resize by 20%. Dropshadow.

Position at the bottom of the tree and cattails.

Position over the bottom right side of the trees.

C/P your tube.

Dropshadow.

Position over the left side of the frame.

Add your copyright and watermark.

Type out your font.

Apply inner bevel of choice.

Add fat gradient Glow of 3.

Open the first snow layer you made.

If you are choosing not to animate your tag your are ready to save :P

 

If animating go to edit, Copy merged.

Paste into animation shop as a new animation.

Back in PSP close snow layer 1 and open layer 2.

Copy Merged.

Paste into animation shop after current frame.

Back in PSP close snow layer 2 and open layer 3.

Copy Merged.

Paste into animation shop after current frame. 

View your animation to be sure it runs smooth and save.

Using your lasso tool select around all the bits of paper that stick out under the frame.

Hit delete on your keyboard.

Deselect.

Resize by 30%.

Position under the upper right hand corner of the frame.

Change Layer Property to Luminance.

Dropshadow frame.

Resize by  75%.

Dropshadow.

Position over the left side of the frame.

Add Gradient Glow of 3 in a contrasting Color.

Don't forget to add your copyright & Watermark.

If you are choosing not to animate close off the white background layer and save as a .png. It will look like this....

If animating your tag close all of your layers.

Open only the white background & Paper layers.

Copy merged and paste into animation shop.

Make sure propagate paste is on.

Duplicate image for a total of 15 frame.

Select frame one then choose select all.

Open the animation that comes in the kit.

Resize animation to 350 pixels.

Select frame 1 of the animation then select all.

Move frame 1 of the animation to frame one of your paper/background layer focusing the animation over the paper.

View your animation to ensure it runs smooth.

Select all frame.

Change the speed to around 30.

Back in PSP open all layers of your tag.

Close the background and paper layers. (And the name if your want to make a "blank")

Copy Merged and paste into animation shop.

Drag image to frame 1 of your animation.

View animation to ensure it is running smooth.

Save as a .gif or .mng depending on what you are using the tag for ;)

If you closed the name layer to create a blank tag follow the steps above to add your name.
