Falling Leaves tut...

Supplies Used:

Autumn tube By Fred Winkler. He used to sell at CDO but has retired :(

Falling Leaves kit by Abstract Creations. This kit is exclusive to CDO.

Texture of choice

Font: Scrap Cursive

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P E29. Resize by 65%.

Image, Rotate, Free rotate 90 degrees.

Select the inside of your frame using the magic wand.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer under the frame.

Floodfill with color  #435500.

Floodfill again with color #570d18 making sure your texture is selected.

(You could always add a paper here too but I wanted the hint of green.)

Deselect.

Dropshadow frame.

C/P E21. Resize by  50%. 

Duplicate.

Position over the right side of the frame.

C/P E38. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.

Image, Rotate, Free rotate 90 degrees.

Position over the right side of the frame.

C/P E10. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.

Image, Mirror.

Position over the left side of the frame.

C/P your tube. Dropshadow.

C/P E42. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position over the bottom left corner of the frame.

C/P E15. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position over the left edge of the water pump.

C/P E19. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position about halfway up the wood planks for the pump.

C/P E14. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.

Image, Mirror.

Position over the bottom of the fence.

C/P E57. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position to the right of the water pump.

C/P E4. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position so the basket ends up over the bottom right corner of the frame.

C/P E48. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Move under the basket.

Use your deform tool to position at the end of the fence.

C/P E34. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow.

Position under the right side of the basket.

Type out your font.
