Font: Selfish

Open a new image size 500 by 500

C/P E43. Image, Flip.

Select the inside of the frame with your magic wand.

Selections, Modify, Expand to 3.

Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.

Select a color for your foreground. (I Used Green)

Select a color for your background. (I Used purple)

On your foreground color select the gradient tab. 

Choose Foreground-background.

Set the angle to 45 and the repeat to 2. Style Linear.

Flood fill the selection.

Add another raster layer.

On your color palette change the foreground to black.

Select the texture Dither 25 PCT.

Flood fill layer.

Deselect.

Select your Gradient Layer.

Apply Eyecandy 5 Texture: Reptile Skin with these settings...

Select your frame layer.

C/P your tube. Dropshadow.

Duplicate the frame layer.

Move this ABOVE the tube layer.

Use your eraser tool to remove any bits of the frame over the tube you dont want.

Dropshadow the BOTTOM frame layer.

C/P E 21. Resize by 65%. Dropshadow.

Position over the bottom left side of the frame.

C/P E49. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.

Position Crystal Ball just to the bottom right of your tube.

C/P E52. Resize  by 40%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate.

Position one lantern just right of the crystal ball, Position the other slightly lower than the original.

C/P E61. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.

Image, Mirror.

Position to the bottom left of the lanterns.

C/P E31. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.

Using your lasso tool select one of the skulls. 

Image, Copy.

Hit delete on your keyboard.

Now Paste the skull you copied back on the tag.

Position the skulls overlapping near the paws of the cat.

C/P E41. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.

Use your deform tool to position over the bottom right of the lanterns.

Type out your font. 

Apply Eyecandy 4000 glass of choice.

Add Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow of 3 in white.

Dropshadow.

Select the background layer.

C/P E42. Dropshadow.

Position under the top right side of the frame.
