Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Element 31. Resize by 65%.

Select the inside of the frame using your magic wand.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.

C/P Paper  2 into selection.

Add another new raster layer.

C/P Paper 5 into selection.

Deselect.

Change the layer property on the top paper to Luminance (L).

C/P your tube. Dropshadow.

Duplicate the frame.

Move frame to your top layer.

Use the selection tool on the top half of the frame.

Delete.

Deselect.

Dropshadow original frame layer.

Use your eraser tool to remove any part of the tube that sticks out under the frame.

Position over the bottom left side of the frame.

Position over the right side of the bricks.

Position over one side of the frame. 

Duplicate & Mirror.

Duplicate a few times and position as desired around the large graves.

Duplicate 3 times.

Position over the large graves.

Position on top of the large grave on the left.

Position both glasses at the bottoms of the graves on the left side.

Use your deform tool to position the spider over the bottom of the glasses.

Add Eyecandy 4000 Gradient glow of 3 in black.

Using your Creepygirl font type out It's gonna be above the word art.

Apply Inner bevel of choice.

Add Gradient Glow of 3.

C/P your tube. Dropshadow.

Apply your name to the top right of the frame using the same steps as above.

Moon...Right click and save...

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Moon. Dropshadow.

C/P Fog. Resize by 50%.

Position over the moon.

C/P House. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

C/P Tree. Resize by  50%. Dropshadow.

Position just under the right edge of the house.

Duplicate tree & Mirror.

C/P Bone Pile. Resize by 15%. Dropshadow.

Position bones over one side of the fence.

Duplicate bones.

Position over the opposite side of the fence.

Layers, Merge Down.

Duplicate Bones Layer.

Change the layer property to multiply.

C/P Bush. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate bush & Mirror.

Position bushes over the opening in the fence.

C/P Lightning. Resize by 50%.

Position starting at the top left of the moon.

C/P Flames. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Use your deform tool to fit the flames along the bottom of the fence.

Duplicate flames.

Adjust Hue/Saturation both to 0.

Change the layer property to Multiply and the opacity to 50.

C/P your tube. Dropshadow.

Position to the left of the house.

Select the bottom layer.

C/P Paper 1.

Selections, Select all.

Add a new raster layer.

C/P Paper 9 into selection.

Change the layer property to screen and the opacity to 20.

Go to Image, Picture frame.

Add a picture frame with these settings...

Move the picture frame layer above the background paper layers.

Go to Adjust, Color Balance, Negative image.

C/P Blood Splatter.

Duplicate a few times and position around the background.

Select your top layer of your tag.

C/P Bats. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow.

Position over the moon.

Type out your font with the fist line covering the bottom of the flames.

Dropshadow font.

C/P E13. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.

C/P E15. Resize by 60%.

Use your magic wand to select the inside of the frame and in each link.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.

C/P paper 2 into selection.

Deselect.

C/P E11. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.

Position just under the edge of the frame corner.

Dropshadow frame.

C/P E2. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.

Position starting at the bottom right corner of the frame.

Duplicate Cupcake.

Position cupcakes over the bottom right of the cauldron flames.

Position in the space left by the cupcakes.

Type out your font.

Mask of choice

Font: Aquarelle

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P E15. Resize by 125%.

Use your lasso tool to select around the middle of the frame.

Add a new raster layer under the star.

C/P Paper 3 into selection.

Deselect.

C/P your tube. Dropshadow.

Duplicate the star and move it to your top layer.

Use your lasso tool to select any part of the tube that sticks out under the frame.

Hit delete on your keyboard and deselect.

Now since the element has a heavy dropshadow if need be use your eraser and remove the excess dropshadow over your tube.

C/P E17. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position over the bottom of the star.

C/P E8. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate flower.

Position both flowers over the bottom most point of the star.

C/P E13. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate flower and mirror.

Position flowers on either side of the flowers you already have.

C/P E4. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Use your deform tool to position on a slight angle over the flowers.

C/P E14. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Use your deform tool to position across the bottom of the frame.

Move this under your hearts layer.

C/P E12. Resize by 10%. Dropshadow.

Position over the top part of the large heart.

Duplicate butterfly and position next to the original.

C/P E18. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.

Use your selection to to select "Where Flowers".

Go to image, Copy.

Hit delete on the keyboard & Deselect.

C/P from you clipboard.

Position the wordart over the bottom left of the frame.

Type out your font.

Add inner bevel of choice.

Apply gradient glow of 3 in white.

Dropshadow.

Select your background layer.

Selection, Select all.

C/P paper 3 into selection.

Deselect.

Apply mask of choice & Merge group.
