Bat's Day tube By Ed Mironiuk. She is part of package 96. Get it at CDO.

Rain Of Blood Scrapkit by Abstract Creations. Get it at CDO.

Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow 

Font: Creepygirl

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Element 58. Resize by 75%.

Select the inside of the frame with your magic wand.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.

C/P Paper 7 into selection.

Deselect.

Dropshadow frame layer.

C/P Element 23. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position at the bottom of the frame.

C/P Element 45. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position over one side of the frame. 

Duplicate & Mirror.

C/P Element 5. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate a few times and position as desired around the large graves.

C/P Element 43. Resize by 15%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate 3 times.

Position over the large graves.

C/P Element 23. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Image, Mirror.

Position on top of the large grave on the left.

C/P Element 14. Resize by 15%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate glass.

Position both glasses at the bottoms of the graves on the left side.

C/P Element 10. Resize by 15%. Dropshadow.

Use your deform tool to position the spider over the bottom of the glasses.

C/P Element 59. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.

Position between the bottom of the large graves.

Add Eyecandy 4000 Gradient glow of 3 in black. 

Dropshadow.

Using your Creepygirl font type out It's gonna be above the word art.

Apply Inner bevel of choice.

Add Gradient Glow of 3.

Dropshadow.

C/P your tube. Dropshadow.

Apply your name to the top right of the frame using the same steps as above.
