Girls Night tut...FTU

Supplies Used:
Tube By VeryMany. This was a prepaid but you can still get her from the VIP area at SATC.
I'm Not Emo kit by Tasha's Playground. This is a freebie for September at Taggers Art.
Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow (Font Only)
Font: Satisfaction.

Open a new image size 500 by 500.
C/P Frame 1. Resize by 75%.
C/P Paper 7 Under the frame layer.
Click the frame layer and select the inside using your magic wand tool.
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.
Selections, invert.
Delete.
C/P Cityscape. 
Position as desired under the frame layer.
Delete to remove excess.
Deselect.
Dropshadow frame & City.
C/P Light Ray. Resize by 50%.
Position in the inner top left corner of the frame.
C/P Spotlight. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.
Position over the top left corner of the frame.
Using your eraser tool remove the bar across the top of the spotlight.
Using your magic wand with the tolerance set to about 13 select the center of the light.
Add a new raster layer and flood fill with a light color.
Deslect and set the opacity of the fill layer as desired.
C/P Keyboard. Resize by 60%. Dropshadow.
Image, Mirror.
Position at the bottom of the frame.
C/P Guitar. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Image, Mirror.
Position 1/3 of the way to the middle of the keyboard.
C/P Pimp Cup. Resize by  40%. Dropshadow.
Duplicate cup.
Position both to the left side of the keyboard.
C/P Flowers. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.
Position at the bottom of the cups.
C/P Flower. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.
Position over the space left by the pink flowers.
C/P Glasses. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.
Position at the bottom of the flowers.
Use your eraser to remove the side of the glasses.
C/P Your tube. Dropshadow. 
Position over the right side of the frame.
C/P Sequin Flower. Resize by 15%.
Duplicate flower.
Position flowers as desired over the tubes hair.
C/P Lights.
Position under the top left corner of the frame.
Move lights to the bottom layer.
Duplicate, Flip, & Mirror.
Type out your font. 
Apply Inner Bevel of choice.
Add Gradient Glow of 3 in a contrasting color.
Dropshadow.
