C/P your tube on the left side of the frame.

Dropshadow.

C/P E45. Resize by 10%. Dropshadow.

I positioned the eyeball in my tube's hand :)

Type out your font.

Add eyecandy 4000 glass of choice.

Apply Eyecandy 4000 Gradient glow of 3.

Dropshadow.

Select your background layer.

C/P  E8. Dropshadow.

Position just under the top right edge of the frame.

Duplicate, Flip, & Mirror.

Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow

Fonts: Impact & Love

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Glitter scatter. Resize by 75%.

Go to adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correct. 

Set the source to the color of the glitter, Target to pink.

Dropshadow.

C/P Frame 3. Resize by 70%.

Select the inside of the frame with your magic wand.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

C/P Paper 7 as a new layer.

Selections, Invert, Delete.

Deselect.

Move your paper under your frame layer.

Dropshadow frame.

C/P Cotton Candy. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.

Use your deform tool to position on a slight angle near the top left of the frame.

C/P Candy Stick. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.

Position on a very slight angle next to the cotton candy.

Duplicate & Mirror. Position next to the original Candy Stick.

C/P Ice Cream Cone. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.

Position on a slight angle over the candy sticks.

C/P  Sparkle 2. Dropshadow.

Image, Flip. Image, Mirror.

Position over the top of the ice cream cone.

C/P Lipstick 2. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position just over the left side of the ice cream cone.

C/P Lipstick. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position slightly lower than the other lipstick.

C/P Lips 1. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Use your deform tool to position over the cap of the lipstick.

C/P Cupcake 1. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.

Position near the bottom of the lipsticks.

C/P Sundae. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position to the right of the cupcake.

C/P your tube. Dropshadow.

Using the Impact font type out LIPS LIKE.

Apply inner bevel of choice.

Add fat gradient glow of 3 with these settings...

Dropshadow.

Using the love font type out Sugar.

Apply Gradient Glow fat of 3 but change the 2 pink boxes to blue.

Dropshadow.

C/P  Kitty. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position over your word art.

Type out your name. 

Add Inner Bevel of choice.

Repeat Gradient Glow.
