Back in PSP close the open lightening and open the other.

Eyecandy 4000 Glass, Drip & Gradient Glow.

Font: Bleeding Cowboy.

Open a new image size 650 by 400.

C/P My Frame.

Select the inside of the frame with the magic wand. Selections, Modify, Expand by 13.

Add a new raster layer. C/P Paper 5. Position paper as your like under the frame. Selections, Invert, Delete. Deselect.

Using your pen tool select the option to draw Lines. Using the solid line with a width of 3 draw out a line just under the edge of the frame. Convert to raster layer. Make sure the line is entirely covered by the frame.

Apply Eyecandy 4000 Drip with the Bleeding preset using these settings...

 Dropshadow frame and blood drips.

C/P Element 13. Resize by 30%. Position to one side of the bottom of the frame. Duplicate and mirror. Duplicate fan again. Go to Adjust, Color Balance, Manual Color Correct. Source set to Black, Target to blood red. Position in the center of the black fans. Dropshadow all 3 fans.

C/P Element 17. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position at the top left of the frame. Duplicate. Use your deform tool to position on a slight angle. Move duplicate down just slightly.

C/P Element 8. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Duplicate. Move one glass down and to the right.

C/P Element 14. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow. Position over the top of the glasses.

C/P Element 16. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position.

C/P Element 5. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow. Use the deform tool to position.

C/P Your tube. Dropshadow.

Type out your font. Apply Eyecandy 400 Glass.

Apply Gradient Glow of 3...Set to fat

Select your background layer. Flood fill Black. Apply your mask and stretch to fit as desired. Layers, Merge Group.

Duplicate Mask and Mirror.

Mask of Choice

 Open a new image size 500 by 500.
C/P Element 53 (Frame). Resize by 60%.
C/P tube. Erase any bits that hang over the frame.
Select your frame. Use you magic wand to select the inside of the frame. Selections, Modify, Expand by 5. Add a new raster layer. C/P Paper 2 into selection and deselect.
C/P Element 39 (Tribal Flower). Resize by 50%. Mirror. Position on the bottom right of the frame.
C/P Element 59 (Martini Glass). Resize by 30%. Duplicate and position under the edge of the tribal flowers.
C/P Element 29 (Black Bottle). Resize by 50%. Duplicate and position under the tribal flowers toward the center of the frame.
C/P Element 88 (Skull Bottle). Resize by 50%. Position under the other side of the glasses.
C/P Element 45 (Feather). Resize by 50%. Duplicate a few time and position so it peeks out from under the flowers.
C/P Element 63 (Ankh). Resize by 50% and mirror. Position over the bottom of the skull bottle.
C/P Element 60 (Lips). Resize by 50%. Use your deform tool to position over the bottom of the ankh.
C/P Element 58 (Skull). Resize by 25%. Duplicate and position next to the lips.
C/P Element 89 (Razor). Resize by 25%. Position under the edge of the roses. Duplicate and use the deform tool to position.
C/P Element 44 (Curled Ribbon). Resize by 50%.
Image, Rotate, Free rotate 90 degrees left. Position along the frame under your elements. Duplicate, Flip, And mirror. Move next to the original.
C/P Element 10 (Sparkle). Position over the bottom of the tag.
Type out your font and add a gradient glow of 3.
Click your background layer and C/P Paper 11. Add mask of chioce and merge group

Anti-Valentine tut...(Animated)

Animation shop

Mask called Broken from my old friend Nita. I have uploaded it HERE.

Eye Candy 4000 Glass and Gradient Glow (Font Only)

Font is called Raven

Open frame 4. Resize by 75%

Use your lasso tool to select about midway around the frame.

Add a new raster layer. C/P Paper 7 into selection. Deselect and move the the bottom.

C/P Mesh. Move to the top part of your frame. Duplicate and flip. Position so they line up in the middle. Merge down. Click your paper layer. Selections, Select all, Float. Invert. Make sure you are on the mesh layer and hit delete.

C/P Leaves. Resize by 75%. Position along one side of your frame. Duplicate and mirror. Merge down. Use your eraser to remove any bits that hang over the frame.

C/P Roses. Resize by 75%. Position along the right side of your frame. Duplicate and mirror. Remove any roses you don't like with your eraser tool.

C/P Razer. Resize by 10%. Duplicate a few times and position around your frame.

C/P Your tube.Add Dropshadow of Choice.

C/P Candles. Resize by 50%. Use the deform tool to "squish" them together a bit. Duplicate and position slightly down and to one side of the original.

C/P Potion. Resize by 20%. Duplicate and position so the bottles cover the bottoms of the candles.

C/P Party Tray. Resize by 30%. Position on the lower right corner of your frame so your other elements are all showing.

C/P Heart 2 from the sampler. Resize by 20%. I positioned mine over the strawberries. Use your eraser to remove any bits that hang over the pill dish.

C/P Rose from Sampler. Resize by 20%. Position so they sit on the empty part of the tray. Duplicate and position. Use your eraser tool to remove any excess stems.

C/P Razer. Resize by 15%. Position in the empty corner of the tray.

C/P Spider. Resize by 15%. Use your deform tool to position over the black heart box.

C/P Needle. Resize by 20%. Flip, Mirror, Position on tray.

C/P Pills. Resize by 40%.

C/P Wicked Back Mesh. Resize by 85%. Move to bottom layer.

Add your copyright and watermark.

If you do not wish to animate you can skip this part and add your font now...this is what it will look like...

Now for the animation...

Add a new raster layer. Floodfill with black (or white if your prefer) Move to bottom.

Add another new raster layer. Floodfill red. Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image. Select your mask in the drop down menu. Layer, Merge Group.

Copy merged and paste into animation shop as a new image.

Select your tube layer (If you are using a different tube from me you can always add the beautiful Human heart over the corner of your tray and follow the same steps :P)

Use your lasso tool to select around just the heart. Promote selection to layer.

Go to Effects, Distortion Effects, Pinch...

Deselect. Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame.

Back in PSP hit the back button 2 times (You heart should be selected again) Repeat pinch but change the strength to 20%. Deselect and copy merged into animation shop after current frame.

Back in PSP hit the back button 2 times (You heart should be selected again) Repeat pinch but change the strength to 30%. Deselect and copy merged into animation shop after current frame.

 Back in PSP hit the back button 2 times (You heart should be selected again) Repeat pinch but change the strength to 40%. Deselect and copy merged into animation shop after current frame.

Back in psp add your font. I stretched mine vertically so it would be taller. Add Glass...

And Gradient glow...

Copy just your name and paste into animation shop as a new image. Make sure propagate paste is check and all you frames are selected. Drag text to your first frame. View your animation...If the name blinks just hit the back button and double check your steps :P

Hard Candy Christmas Tut (FTU)

 

Supplies Used:

Christmas tube by the wonderful Freya Langford-Sidebottom. Tube comes with multiple different color layers!! You can get it at Artistically Inclined Licensing

Grunge & Floral mask of choice (I don't remember where mine came from. Sorry)

Ukrainian Brush Script

Open a new image size 600 by 600

C/P Tree. Resize by 25%. Duplicate 2 times for a total of 3. Position trees in a line across your tag.

C/P Fireplace. Resize by 25%. Move to the left of the tag.

C/P Gold Deer 1. Resize by 40%. Position on the right of your tag.

C/P Present Stash. Resize by 20%. Duplicate. Position on the bottom corner of the fireplace.

C/P Gifts. Resize by 30%. Duplicate a few times and position along the bottoms of the trees.

C/P your tube and position over your gifts.

Duplicate Gifts and move above your tube layer.

C/P garland. Resize by 25%. Position on top of fireplace.

C/P Poinsettia. Resize by 25%. Position in the middle of the garland.

C/P Bow 6. Resize by  10%. Position to one side of the poinsettia. Duplicate, Mirror, And position on the other side.

C/P pinecone. Resize by  10%. Position under bow layer. Duplicate, Mirror, And position on the other side.

 C/P Candle. Resize by  5%. Position under pinecone layer. Duplicate, Mirror, And position on the other side.

C/P Star. Resize by  10%. Duplicate 2 times for a total of 3. Position at the top of each tree.

C/P Bow 1. Resize by  10%. Used your deform tool to rotate the bow to a straight angle.Duplicate 2 times for a total of 3. Position over the bottom of each star.

I used the following elements for ornaments:

Christmas Ball 2 and 4 (10%)

Christmas ball 1 and 3 (8%)

Gemstones (30%)

I used papers 2 & 4 for my masks.

Everything Dies Tutorial (Peter Steele tribute)

Lemme just start this one off by saying Peter Steele was yet another brilliant musician taken before his time. My heart Goes out to his Family and surviving bandmates.

Supplies Used:

Peter Steele tube by Freya Langford-Sidebottom from her hotties rock series. Tube was bought from Dreamscape Imaging but I believe she is now with another company so ya may wanna look it up.

Scrapkit is Called "Dark October" By Witchy's Heart. This kit was made specifically for this tube. You can get this kit at Scrap-U-Nique.

Fonts Used:

Arial Black (I asked and this is the official font that Type O Used. It was confirmed by band members)

Satisfaction

Filters:

Eye Candy 4000 (Gradient Glow and Glass)

Ok Let's get started...

Open a new Canvas size 800 by 800.

C/P Arch #1. Resize by 70%.

Use your magic wand tool to select around the edges of the arch. Add a new Raster Layer. C/P paper 11 into selection. Select none and move your paper under the arch layer.

C/P Tombstone #2. Resize by 40%. Place towards the bottom half of your arch tube.

C/P Dead Ivy #1. Rotate by 90 degrees right. Resize by 90%. Position so it looks like it is climbing up the tombstone and arch.

C/P your tube. I lined mine up with the bottom of the tombstone and moved it slightly to the left .

C/P O Negative symbol. Resize by 70%. Move slightly up and to the left of your tube so you can see the bar in the center. Adjust Opacity to 50%. Move this layer to the bottom of your tag.

C/P Skull #3. Resize by 40%. Duplicate. Position skulls to cover the bottom of your tube.

C/P Candle #1. I used my manual color correction to change the brown in the candles to black. Resize by 10%. Position as you see fit. I used 2 under the skulls on the left side and 2 over my skulls on the right.

C/P Candle #2. Resize by 10%. Duplicate candle a few times an position as you like.

C/P Music notes #1. Resize by 40%. Duplicate and position as you like. Once notes are in place merge the 2 layers together and add Gradient glow with the following settings...

Using your Arial Black font type out R.I.P Peter Steele. (Of course this is all up to you but this is a tribute)

Add Eye Candy 4000 glass with these settings...

Now repeat your gradient glow with the same setting as before 2 times.

Dropshadow...This is what I used...

Now switch to you Satisfaction font. Type out "Everything Dies" In the green you have been using for your glow. Add Inner bevel with the following settings....

Apply Gradient glow with the same settings as before but change your color to black.

Finish the tag by adding your name with the Satisfaction font steps.

I hope you enjoyed this tut. And for all the Type O fans out there I hope this image does justice to the amazing work the Peter Steele and the rest of Type O Negative gave us over the years. Peter's passing was truly a huge loss and he will forever be missed. RIP.

Freya True Blood Tutorial (Sky's Scraps)

 

Supplies Used:

Tubes are by Freya Langford Sidebottom. Cause she is the most brutal badass chickie and I loves her to death :) Get them at PSP Asylum HERE

Scrapkit is True Blood by Sky's Scraps and you can get is at SATC HERE

Jellyka Vampire Street

Ok let's get started.

Open a new image 800 by 800.

C/P Mausoleum (E13). Effects, Artistic Effects, Aged newspaper with these settings...

Resize by 75%. Move slightly to the left of your canvas.Dropshadow.

C/P frame 5. Move slightly to the right of your canvas so it  overlaps in the middle.

Use your magic wand tool to click inside the frame. Selections, modify, expand by 5. New Raster Layer. C/P paper 10 into selection. Deselect and move under your frame layer. Select frame layer. Dropshadow.

C/P Moon . Position under mausoleum.

C/P Tree (e17). Adjust hue and saturation both at 0. Resize by 75%. I used my deform tool to squish the tree horizontally. Position under Mausoleum. When happy with the position duplicate. Change layer properties on top layer to Hard Light. Dropshadow.

At this point I added my tubes. On Sookie (female) I used my eraser tool to remove bits covering the skulls. Dropshadow.

On Bill (male) I resized by 75%. Dropshadow. I moved Bill so that the bottom was lined up on the mausoleum base.

C/P Alter. Resize by 40%. Position over the corner of the mausoleum and tree.

C/P element e4. Resize by 30%. I used my lasso tool to remove the stand part of the element and position so it looks like it is sitting on the steps of the alter.

C/P Book element. Resize by 30%. Position to cover the bottom of your smaller tube.

C/P Element e8. (candle skull) Resize by 50%. Position over the edge of the book and the skull cluster from your frame.

C/P element e5. Resize by 75%. Duplicate. Move duplicate slightly down and over .

C/P Element E9. Effects, Artistic Effects, Aged Newspaper. Resize by 50%. Postions over the bottom of your tall candles to hide the bases.

C/P Rat 4 Element. Resize by 30% and position on the bottom corner of the alter.

C/P Chalice. Resize by 20%. Duplicate and position one on each side of the alter. I duplicated my skull candle and resized it to fit between the Chalices.

On you bottom layer. Add New raster layer. Selection. Select all. C/P paper 1 into selection. Select none. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with black. Layers, New mask layer, From Image. Add These walls mask. Layers, Merge group.

Add Copyright and watermark.

Add your name. I used color #c80202. Effects, 3d Effects, Inner bevel with these settings...

Now just add dropshadow.
