Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Element 41. Resize by 120%. Dropshadow.

C/P Element 23. Resize by 90%. Dropshadow.

C/P Element 99. Resize by 50%. 

Using your magic wand tool select the inside of the frame and inside each of the links. Selections, Modify, Expand by 5.

Add a new raster layer. C/P Paper 1 and paste into selection.

Add a new raster layer. C/P Paper 3 into selection. Change the layer property to Luminance (L).

C/P your tube. Selections, Invert, Delete. Deselect.

Dropshadow frame and tube.

C/P Element 94. Resize by 50%. Apply Gradient glow of 3. Dropshadow.

C/P Element 49. Resize by 75%. Position just over the bottom of the frame.

C/P Element 53. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position along the frame next to the notes.

C/P Element 61. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position to the right side of the frame.

C/P Element 28. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow. Position to the right of the traffic light.

C/P Element 60. Resize by 30%. Position near the center of the frame bottom. Dropshadow.

C/P Element 96. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position to the right side of the road.

C/P Element 7. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow. Position to the right of the car.

C/P Element 22. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position over the bottom of the original barrel.

C/P Element 70. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position over the barrels.

C/P Element 31. Resize by 40%. Adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correct. Source set to a color from the element, Target to a dark blue. Dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position on a slight angle. Position to the left side of the road.

C/P Element 35. Resize by 50%. Adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correct. Source set to a color from the element, Target to a dark blue. Dropshadow. Position to the bottom left of the guitar.

C/P Element 30. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position under the guitar.

C/P Element 46. Resize by 50%. Adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correct. Source set to a color from the element, Target to a dark blue. Dropshadow. Position at the bottom of the guitar.

C/P Element 40. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow. Position over the left side of the collar.

Type out your font. Apply Eyecandy 4000 Glass & Gradient Glow of 3. Dropshadow.
