Very Many Prepaid tube 1. This tube has sold out but you can get her as part of a VIP membership from SATC.

Mask of choice.

Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow (Font Only)

Font: Aquarelle

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Element 20. Resize by 50%. (I used the deform tool to change the frame to an oval shape but depending on your tube it may not be necessary.)

Select the inside of the frame with the magic wand. Selections, Modify, Expand by 5.

Add a new raster layer. C/P Paper 6 into selection. Deselect and move under the frame.

Dropshadow frame.

Duplicate your frame layer. Change the layer property to multiply.

C/P your tube. Dropshadow. Use your eraser tool to remove any excess that hangs over the frame.

C/P Element 41. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position at the bottom of your frame.

Duplicate. Image, Rotate, 90 Degrees. Position over the top right side of the frame.

C/P Element 1. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Duplicate and position one slightly lower than the original.

C/P Element 15. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow. Duplicate and position over the bottom edge of the original.

C/P Element 14. Resize by 40%. Position between the pink roses.

C/P Element 18. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Duplicate. Position candles just over the bottom of the roses.

C/P Element 19. Resize by 30%. Position in the center of the blue candles and dropshadow.

C/P Element 49. Resize by 75%. Adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correct. Set your source to a color from the confetti, Target to the color of choice. Position at the bottom of your tag.

Duplicate confetti. Image, Rotate, Free rotate 90 degrees. Position over the doodle on the right side of the frame.

C/P Element 50. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position over the confetti at the bottom of the tag.

Duplicate Sparkles. Image, Rotate, Free rotate 90 degrees. Position over the confetti on the right side of the frame.

C/P Element 28. Resize by  30%. Dropshadow. Position at the bottom right of your candles.

C/P Element 4. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Position next to your cupcake.

C/P Element 5. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Mirror and position next to the other stars.
Select your background layer. C/P Paper 1. Apply mask of choice. Merge Group.

Type out your font. Apply inner bevel of choice and gradient glow of 3. Dropshadow.
