Kit is called Cyber Cat by Manipulated By Magik. Get it at ART.

Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow (Font Only)

Font: Rapture Heavenly

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Frame 2. Resize by 65%.

C/P Wire. Resize by 65%. Dropshadow. Position UNDER the top of the frame. Duplicate and flip.

Using your magic wand tool select the inside of the frame. Selections, Modify, Expand by 2. Add a new raster layer under the frame. C/P Paper 2 into selection. Deselect.

Dropshadow frame.

C/P your tube. Dropshadow.

C/P Flames. Resize by 65%. Dropshadow. Position at the bottom of the frame.

C/P Roses. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position to one side of the flames. Duplicate and mirror.

Merge down on roses. Dropshadow. Duplicate and change the layer property to multiply.

C/P Ribbon Banner 2. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position to one side of the flames. Duplicate and mirror.

C/P Tiara. Resize by 65%. Adjust Hue/Saturation both set to 0. Dropshadow.

Duplicate Tiara. Change the layer property to multiply. Duplicate multiply layer 2 more times.

C/P Skull N Flames. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position over the tiara.

C/P Spiked Heart. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow. Position over the skull.

C/P Glitter Doodle 2. Resize by 10%. Dropshadow. Image, Rotate, Free Rotate 90 degrees. Position to one side of the flames.

Merge Glitter doodle down. Duplicate and change the layer property to multiply.

C/P Skull Rose. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position over the banner lined up with one of the roses. Duplicate and mirror.

Merge Skull Roses down. Duplicate and change the layer property to multiply.

C/P Glitter Spray. Resize by 40%. Adjust Hue/Saturation both set to 0. Dropshadow. Position under the glitter doodle on one side. Duplicate and mirror.

Merge down the glitter spray. Change the layer property to multiply. Duplicate multiply layer 2 more times.

C/P  Bead Spill. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow. Position over one side of the glitter. Duplicate and mirror.

Merge Bead Spill down. Duplicate. Change the layer property to Multiply.

Type out your font and add gradient Glow of 3. Dropshadow.
