Supplies Used:

Victorian tube by Celinart Pinup. Get it at SATC.

Victorian Goth kit by Bibi's Collection. Get it at SATC.

Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow (font only)

Font: VTC Embrace

Open a new image size 500 by 500.
C/P Element 66. Resize by 55%.
Select the inside of your frame using the magic wand.
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.
Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.
C/P Paper 4 into selection.
Deselect.

C/P Element 44. Resize by 75%.

Change the layer property to overlay.

Dropshadow frame.

C/P Element 78. Resize by 50%.

Go to adjust, Color Balance, manual color correct.

Set the source to pink and the target to green and apply.

Position over the bottom right side of the frame.

Dropshadow.

Duplicate, Flip, Mirror.

C/P Element 24. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.

Position near the top left side of the frame.

C/P Element 65. Resize by 60%.

Go to adjust, Color Balance, manual color correct.

Set the source to black and the target to green and apply.

Dropshadow feather.

Use your deform tool to position over one side of the bottom of the candles.

Duplicate feather & Mirror.

Position over the other side of the candles.

C/P Element 89. Resize by  60%. Dropshadow.

Use your deform tool to position at the bottom of the feathers.

C/P Element 8. 

Use your magic wand tool tolerance set to 51 and select all the leaves on the flowers.

Selections, Invert.

Adjust the hue/saturation to a green.

Deselect.

Resize roses by 40%. Dropshadow.

Go to Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen.

Position over the handle of the fan.

C/P Element 51. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate glass.

Position one starting at the outside top corner of the fan.

Position the other slightly lower and to the right.

C/P Element 68.

Use your lasso tool to select the top part of the lipstick.

Go to adjust, Color Balance, manual color correct.

Set the source to gray and the target to green and apply.

Position over the bottom left of the roses.

C/P Element 2. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.

Position so the handles just go over the bottom of the lipstick.

C/P your tube. Dropshadow.

Position over the left side of the frame.

Type out your font.

Apply Inner bevel of choice.

Add Gradient Glow of 3 in black.

Dropshadow.
