Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Wire 3. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.

C/P Glitter. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate 5 times and position around the edges of the wire.

C/P Frame 4. Resize by 75%.

Select the inside of the frame using your magic wand.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer under your frame layer.

C/P Paper 4 into selection.

C/P your tube.

Position under the frame as desired.

Selections, Invert, Delete. 

Deselect.

Dropshadow frame & Tube.

C/P tattoo 2. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Add Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow of 3 in black.

Position over the bottom of the frame.

C/P Ribbon 3. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.

Image, Mirror.

Position over the left side of the frame.

C/P Stars. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position over the top left side of the frame.

C/P Tattoo 3. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position at the bottom of the stars.

C/P Tattoo 5. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Image, Mirror.

Position over the bottom of the skull tattoo.

C/P  Tattoo Gun. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position over the heart tattoo.

Type out your name using the color or gradient of choice.

Apply inner bevel of choice.

Add Gradient Glow of 3 in black.

Dropshadow.
