Supplies Used:

Kit by Abstract Creations. Get it at CDO.

Font: Creepygirl

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Element 13. Resize by  65%.

Select the inside of the frame with you magic wand. (Make sure you select the spaces in the flowers too.)

Selections, Modify, Expand by 5.

Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.

C/P Paper 4 into selection.

Deselect.

Duplicate paper and change the opacity to multiply.

Dropshadow frame.

C/P Element 9. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Flip & Mirror.

Position over the bat at the bottom of the frame.

C/P Element 15. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position over the bottom of the bat.

C/P Element 10. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.

Position to the right of the word art.

C/P Element 4. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position to the left of the word art.

C/P Element 20. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate Cupcake.

Position cupcakes around the pumpkin.

C/P Element 12. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Use your deform tool to position at the top of the frame.

Duplicate bat & Mirror.

Position over the original.

Type out your font. 

Apply inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.
