Font: Satisfaction.
Open a new image size 500 by 500.
C/P Ball Drop.
Position to the right side of your canvas.
Dropshadow.
C/P Cityscape.
Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.
Position under the top left side of the ball.
Duplicate cityscape.
Movedown and line up with the base of the ball.
C/P Firework 2.
Resize by 40%.
C/P Firework 3.
Resize by 40%.
Position both fireworks over the top left side of the ball.
C/P Champagne.
Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Position over the edge of the 2013.
Using your eraser tool remove the part of the bottle over the numbers.
C/P Champagne.
Resize by 50%.
Use your deform tool to position the bottle over the bottom edge of the 2013.
C/P Glitter Spray.
Resize by 65%. Dropshadow.
Position at the bottom of the 2013 base.
C/P Scatter.
Image, Rotate, Free Rotate 90 degrees.
Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Position over the glitter spray.
C/P your tube. Dropshadow.
Position over the cityscape.
Type out your font.
Apply Gradient Glow of 3 in white.
Apply inner bevel of choice.
Dropshadow.
