Celebrate With Style tut...(FTU)

Supplies Used:
Tube by Marco Guaglione. This tube is from MPT and they have closed but I would suggest talking to the artist to get him back to the PSP world.

Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow (Font Only)
Fonts: Fabulous 50's & Feel Script
Mask of choice

Open a new image size 500 by 400.
C/P Frame 3. 
Resize by 75%.
Using your lasso tool select all the way around the black outside edges of the frame.
Open Paper 7.
Go to adjust, Color Balance, Manual Color Correct.
Set the source to the black from the paper, Target to red.
C/P the paper onto your tag as a new layer.
Resize paper by 60%.
Click the frame layer and go to selections, Invert.
Hit delete on your paper layer.
Deselect.
Move the paper under the frame layer.
Dropshadow frame.
C/P Disco ball.
Position over the curve on the upper right side of the frame.
C/P Branch.
Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Image, Mirror.
Position near the bottom of the disco ball.
C/P Lights. 
Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.
Position near the top of the branch.
C/P Bling.
Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Position near the top right edge of the branch.
C/P Bottle.
Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.
Position to the right of the disco ball and move under the branch in your layer palette.
C/P Drink.
Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.
Duplicate glass.
Position glasses to the right of the bottle moving under the branch layer if needed.
C/P Flower 2. 
Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.
Position at the bottom left of the bottle.
Move under the branch layer.
C/P your tube. Dropshadow.
Using the fabulous 50's font type out your text.
Apply inner bevel of choice.
Add Gradient Glow of 3.
Dropshadow.
Using the Feel Script font type out your name.
Add Gradient Glow of 3.
Apply inner bevel of choice.
Dropshadow.
Go to selections, Select all.
C/P Paper 9 into selection.
Deselect.
Move paper layer to the bottom of your layer palette.
Apply mask and merge group.
