Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Frame 3.

Resize by 95%.

Select the inside of the frame using your magic wand.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.

C/P Paper 10 into selection.

Deselect.

Dropshadow frame.

C/P your tube.

Dropshadow.

Use your eraser to remove any excess at the bottom of the tube.

C/P Speaker.

Resize by 65%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate speaker.

Position over the left side of the star.

C/P Guitar.

Resize by 65%. Dropshadow.

Use your deform tool to position at the bottom of the speakers.

C/P Turntable.

Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position at the bottom of the guitar.

C/P Microphone.

Image, Mirror.

Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position under the edge of the turntable.

C/P Wine.

Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position over the right side of the frame.

C/P Champagne.

Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position over the bottom of the wine bottle.

C/P Champagne Flutes.

Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position at the bottom of the bottles.

C/P Cocktail.

 Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate Cocktail.

Position one cocktail at the bottom of the champagne flutes, The other under the middle of the 2 bottles.

C/P Shotglass.

Resize by 20%. Dropshadow.

Position over the bottom right of the champagne bottle.

Duplicate Shot glass.

Image, Rotate, Free Rotate 90 degrees.

Position at the bottom of the original shotglass.

Type out your font.

Apply inner bevel of choice.

Add Gradient Glow of 3.

Dropshadow.

Select the background layer.

C/P Mirror Ball.

Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.

Position under the top left side of the frame.

C/P Cityscape.

Resize by 95%.

Go to adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correct.

Set the source to white, The target to #226077.

Dropshadow.

C/P Star Spiral. Dropshadow.

Position under the bottom left side of the frame.

Using the Sakkal Majalla font size 10 in caps type out Party Like A Rockstar across the top of your tag 3 times.

Apply Mura's Meister copies Shift mode V-Tile. Number 1, Tile Gap 5.

Apply your mask and merge group.

Dropshadow.

Change the layer property to Screen.
