Supplies Used:

Woodland Winter kit by Gemini Creationz. Get it HERE.

Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow (Font Only)

Font: SF Burlington Script

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Old Frame 2.

Resize by 85%.

Use your deform tool to position frame as desired.

Select the inside of the frame using your magic wand.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 10.

Selections, Smooth. Set both to 10 and make sure anti alias & Preserve corners is checked.

Delete.

Deselect.

Select the inside of the frame with the magic wand again.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.

C/P Paper 9 into selection.

C/P your tube.

Selections, Invert, Delete.

Deselect.

Dropshadow tube and frame layers.

C/P Birch Tree.

Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position over the left side of the frame.

C/P Dried Flowers.

Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Use your deform tool to straighten the flowers a bit.

C/P Wreath. 

Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position over the bottom left corner of the frame.

C/P Berries.

Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Image, Flip.

Position under the top edge of the wreath.

Duplicate Berries.

Image, Rotate, Free Rotate 90 degrees.

Position under the right side of the wreath.

C/P Deer.

Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Image, Mirror.

Position just under the edge of the wreath over the berries.

C/P Bird.

Resize by 20%. Dropshadow.

Position over the banner on the wreath.

Type out your font.

Add inner bevel of choice.

Add Gradient Glow of 3 in white.

Dropshadow.
