Font is called vtks Sunny Day

Eyecandy 4000 Glass and Gradient Glow (Font Only)

 

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Element 10 (Green Frame) Resize by  75%.

Use your magic wand tool to select the inside of the frame and the ring around the main frame. 

Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer and C/P Paper 5 into selection.Move below the frame layer.

C/P Element 43 (Green Net). Position over the paper then go to selections, Invert, Delete. Deselect.

C/P your tube. Add dropshadow of choice. Use your eraser tool to remove any bits that hang over the bottom of the frame.

C/P Element 45 (Pink Sparkles) Resize by 50% and position at the bottom of the frame. 

 C/P Element 25 (Sparkle Spiral) Resize by 50%. Position on the right side of the frame.

C/P Element 7 (Pink doodle). Resize by 50%. Image, rotate, free rotate 90 degrees right.

Position so the doodle runs up the side of the frame.

C/P Element 27 (Butterfly Flower) Resize by 50%. Position so that the leaves on the doodle just peek out under the flower.

C/P Element 32 (Bunny) Resize by 50%. Position at the bottom of the flower.

C/P Element 28 (Cupcake). Resize by 40%. Duplicate and position both just under the bunny.

C/P Element 13. Resize by 20%. Use your deform tool to position over the inside of the bunny's leg.

C/P Element 33 (Flower) Resize by 30%. Duplicate and position over the leaf and the bunny's other leg.

Type out your font and add Eyecandy 400 Glass...

and Gradient Glow...

Add dropshadow of choice.
