Font: Impact (Feel Script was used for the wordart but it is included in my supplies.)
Ok so this is my first attempt at a tut like this so bear with me. If you have working Knowledge of PSP this should be a breeze. If not you can always skip over the coloring and use the beautiful black and white tube as is :)
Open Up the Image 12 in PSP. All my sizes and such are based strictly on this image so if you decide to change the size your selections will not match up.
C/P Frame 3. Resize by 85%.
Use your lasso tool to select all the way around the frame.
Add a new raster layer and C/P Paper 10 into selection.
Deselect.
C/P Greenery. I used my eraser tool to remove some of the bits that stuck out. Position behind the top left of the frame.
Duplicate, Flip, Mirror.
C/P Cloud. Resize by 95%. Duplicate, Flip, Mirror and position so the clouds meet in the center. Move these to the bottom layer.
C/P Sparkle. Duplicate a couple of times and position over the paper layer.
C/P your tube. I resized mine by 75%.
To color the tube: (If you wanna stick with Black and white you can skip all this LOL)
Go to Selections, Load/Save Selection, Load from Alpha Channel.
Load Selection #1.
Line the branch of you tube up to the selection. If it is not lined up correct the colors will not be in the right place so make sure you line it up just right.
Adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correct. Make sure your target is a color from the branch and your source is set to the color you want I used a dark brown.
Deselect.
Don't worry about the jagged edges where the colors meet we will fix that after all the color is added.
There is a little drop down menu on the left side with a preview of the selection.
Load Selection #2. This will be just her face minus the eyes, eyebrows, and lips. Adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correct. Make sure your target is a color from her face and your source is set to the color you want. I used an orange (A light peach washed her features out a bit to much so don't be afraid of the orange.)
Deselect.
Load Selection #3. This will be just her body. Adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correct. Make sure your target is a color from her body and your source is set to the color you want. I used the same orange as the face.
Deselect.
Load Selection #4. This will be her dress. Adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correct. Make sure your target is a color from her dress and your source is set to the color you want. I used a dark purple

Load Selection #6. This will be her eyebrows and eyelashes. Adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correct. Make sure your target is a color from her Eyebrows and your source is set to the color you want. I used a dark grey. (Black is too harsh.)

Load Selection #7. This will be her hair. Adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correct. Make sure your target is a color from her hair and your source is set to the color you want. I used a bright pink.

Load Selection #8. This will be the Wings of the Dragonflys. Adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correct. Make sure your target is a color from the wings and your source is set to the color you want. I used a lighter pink.
Go to Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen.

I suck and didn't save the selection of the middle of the dragonflies so if you want to change those to use your lasso tool to draw around the bodies and repeat color correct.
Deselect.
Now grab your soften brush (I used PSP 9 so it is under the 9th icon on the right)
Shape Circle, Size 4, Hardness 17, Step 25, Density 100, Thickness 38, Rotation 0, Opacity 38. Continuous and Sample merged unchecked.
CAREFULLY run the brush along the "seams" made by color correct. This should blend the colors to a soft line. Again I stress by careful especially in the face cause it will blur the detail if you are not careful.
I used my eraser tool to remove the dragonflies at the top right of the tube.
C/P Wings. Resize by 60%. Position behind your tube.
C/P my wordart behind the wings layer.
C/P Dove. Resize by 50%. Position on the bottom branch in your frame or the greenery.
C/P Flower 3. Resize by 50%. Position at the bottom of the tree branches.
Type out your name in the impact font all caps.
Add Inner Bevel...
Then Gradient Glow...
Add Dropshadow of choice.
Don't forget your copyright and watermark!
