Animation Shop
WARNING: This tag has a ton of frames but I promise the animation is simple.
Open a new image size 500 by 500.
Flood fill the background back.
Add a new raster layer. Flood Fill with color #8a2f1d. Add mask layer & Merge group.
C/P Frame 2. Resize by 50%.
Select the inside of the frame with your magic wand. Selections, Modify, Expand by 5.
Add a new raster layer under the frame. Flood fill with #8a2f1d.
Add another new raster layer. C/P Paper 3 into selection. Change the layer property to Luminance.
Deselect. Dropshadow Frame.
C/P Radiator. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Change the layer opacity to 90. Position so the legs are on the floor of the paper. Move under the frame.
C/P Bed. Image, Mirror. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position near the bottom right UNDER the frame.
Select your top layer in the layer palette.
C/P Rubble 2. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. position over the top line of the frame.
Duplicate Rubble 2. Flip & Mirror. Position over the bottom of the frame.
C/P Sign. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position on a slight angle next to the top right corner of the frame.
C/P Jacket. Resize by 10%. Dropshadow. Position over the top right corner of the frame.
C/P Speaker 2. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Duplicate. Position about halfway down the right side of the frame.
C/P Wheelchair. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Position about halfway down one of the speakers.
C/P Table. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Position to the right of the wheelchair.
C/P Rubble 1. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Duplicate, Flip, & Mirror. Position one under the top right & Bottom left corners of the frame.
Select your paper layer.
Using the Cry Kitty font Size 16 in black type out the word Crazy. Apply Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow of 5 in #da6830.
Dropshadow Crazy.
Using the pixelette font size 8 in #da6830 type out each line of your text. Convert to raster after each line.
Apply Eyecandy Gradient Glow of 3 in black.
Add your copyright & Watermark.
Change the opacity of all your pixelette lines to 0.
Copy Merged & Paste into animation shop.
Change the opacity of the top line to 20.
Copy merged & Paste into animation shop after current frame.
Back in PSP change the opacity of the top line to 40.
Copy merged & Paste into animation shop after current frame .
Back in PSP change the opacity of the top line to 60.
Copy merged & Paste into animation shop after current frame .
Back in PSP change the opacity of the top line to 80.
Copy merged & Paste into animation shop after current frame.
Back in PSP change the opacity of the top line to 100.
Copy merged & Paste into animation shop after current frame.
Back in PSP change the opacity of the top line to 60.
Change the opacity of line 2 to 40.

Go to the first frame of your tag. Click select all.
Go to edit and select propagate paste.
In PSP type out your name in the Cry Kitty font size 16 in black.
Apply Eyecandy 4000 Gradient glow size 5 in #da6830.
Dropshadow font.
Edit, Copy.
Paste into animation shop as a new image.
Drag to frame one of your animation.
Save your tag :P
