Supplies Used:

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P E46. Resize by 65%.

Select the inside of the frame using the magic wand.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 2.

Add a new raster layer UNDER the frame.

C/P Paper 5 into the selection.

C/P E60. Selections, Invert delete.

Deselect.

Dropshadow Cityscape & Frame.

C/P E58. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position over the bottom corner of the frame.

C/P E19. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position over the original wings.

C/P E57. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position over the center of the wings.

C/P E54. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position near the bottom of the heart.

C/P E56. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position under the left side of the wings.

C/P E47. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position over the top of the barrel.

C/P E23. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position to the right of the barrel.

C/P E68. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position towards the right under the Nail Polish.

C/P E7. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Duplicate. Position under the gears & Corset.

C/P E20. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position under the bottom of the corset.

Duplicate doodle.

Go to adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correct. Change the target to a color from the doodle. Source to blue. Position under the flames near the top of the frame.

C/P E25. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Duplicate a few times & position under the other elements.

Set your foreground & Background colors to colors from your tube. Close the foreground.

Change the background to the gradient Tab. Linear, No Repeats, Angle 0.

Type out the word Hardcore in the Diesel font. Apply Eyecandy 4000 glass.

Apply Gradient Glow of 3 in black. Dropshadow.

Using the Digs My Heart font type out the word hunny.  Apply inner bevel of choice.

Repeat Gradient Glow & Dropshadow.

Select your background layer.  

C/P E29. Dropshadow. Duplicate, Flip, & Mirror.
