Supplies used:

Pinkalicious tube by Sky Scraps. Get it at SATC.

Emolicious kit by Alika's Scraps. Get it at SATC.

Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow (Font Only).

Font: Spring

Open a new image size 500 by 400.

C/P as43. Resize by 40%.

Select the inside of the frame with your magic wand. Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.

C/P Paper 6 into selection.

Deselect.

Select the background layer. C/P as16. Resize by 70%. Dropshadow.

C/P as85. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow. Duplicate & Mirror. 

Use your selection tool to select the glitter where it overlaps. Hit delete on your keyboard.

Deselect.

Dropshadow Frame.

C/P as88. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position along the right side of the frame.

C/P as86. Image, Mirror. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position over the blue ribbon.

C/P as126. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position starting just below the right bottom corner.

C/P as124. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position starting just above and to the left of the bottom right corner of the frame.

C/P as123. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position over the top right corner of the frame.

C/P as105. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Position under the opening of the zipped heart.

Select the top layer.

C/P as30. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Position so the clasp on the necklace lines up with the bottom of the zipper using your deform tool.

C/P as135. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. uplicate. Position glasses to the right of the heart.

C/P as136. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Duplicate. Position at the bottom of the glasses.

C/P as13. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Position under the cupcakes on the right side of the zipped heart.

C/P as117. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Duplicate. Using your deform tool position barrettes to the left of the cupcakes.

Type out your font. Apply inner bevel of choice & Gradient glow of 5. Dropshadow.
