O Canada tut...

Supplies Used:
Tube by Ted Hammond. I got mine at CILM which has now closed but you can get it now at CDO.
O Canada! kit by Irish Bitch Designs. Get it at ART.
Eyecandy 4000 Gradient glow
Grass tube (I think this is standard in PSP)
Mask of choice
Fonts: Jasmine UPC & Segoe Script

Open a new image size 650 by 400.
C/P Mountains. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position about halfway down your canvas.
Duplicate mountains. Move them slightly down and to the left.
C/P Flagpole. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position so the right side of the grass is at the center of the bottom of your canvas.
C/P Cabin. Resize by 50%. Position to the right of the flagpole. Dropshadow.
C/P Moose. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position to the left side of the mountains.
C/P Mountie. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position over the grass on the flagpole.
C/P Mountie Moose. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position over the grass on the flagpole.
Select your background layer. Add a new raster layer. Use the grass tube a few times to fill in the space under the mountains. Dropshadow.
Add a new raster layer. Move to the bottom of your layer palette. Selections, Select all. C/P paper 7 into selection. Apply mask of choice and merge group.
Select your top layer. C/P your tube. Dropshadow.
Using the Jasmine font type out your text. I used the chorus from the Canadian National Anthem. 
Apply Gradient glow of 3 in white. Dropshadow.
Duplicate your text layer. Go to adjust, Color balance, Manual Color correct. Set the source to white and the target to red.
Go to adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur of 3.
Using the Segoe font type out your name. 
Apply Gradient glow of 3 in white. Dropshadow.
Duplicate your text layer. Go to adjust, Color balance, Manual Color correct. Set the source to white and the target to red.
Go to adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur of 3.
