Supplies Used:

Kate tube & Paddle to the Metal scrap kit both by Gemini Creationz. You can get them together or separate from SATC.

Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow

Font: Seaweed Fire & Pixelette

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Frame 3. Resize by 75%.

Select the inside of the frame with your magic wand. Selections, Modify, Expand by 30.

Add a new raster layer under the frame.

C/P Paper 8 into selection. Deselect.

Using the Pixelette font size 8 type out your text for the background.Convert to raster layer. I used lyrics from Born To Be Wild by Steppenwolf. I duplicate mine 3 times cause I wanted freedom of placement but your could always use Mura's Copies filter if your want the lines exact.

Merge all the text lines together. Duplicate text. On the original layer apply eyecandy 4000 gradient glow in white. Change the layer property to Screen. Change the layer opacity to about 75. Dropshadow.

On the top text layer change the layer property to screen.

Select your background layer. C/P Half tone. Position under the top left corner of the frame. Dropshadow. Duplicate, Flip, & Mirror.

Select your frame layer.

C/P Racing Swirl. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. position over the top half of the right side of the frame. Duplicate and flip.

C/P Chains. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position over the racing stripe on the top so it falls just outside the frame.

C/P Streetlights. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Duplicate and position both lights along the right side of the frame.

C/P Turn Sign. Resize by 25%. Dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position just under the streetlights.

C/P One Way Sing. Resize by 25%. Dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position over the post on both streetlights.

C/P Tire. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position to the right of the one way sign.

C/P Vroom. Resize by 25%. dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position to the left of the tire.

C/P Steering Wheel. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Position under the lowerst point of the wroom sign.

C/P Traffic Cone. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Duplicate. Position to the left of the steering wheel.

C/P Toolbox. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Position to the right of the traffic cones.

C/P Sticker. (I used my magic wand to remove the white around the car but it is not necessary.) Resize by 125%. Dropshadow. Position at the bottom of the frame. 

C/P Gear 3. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position over the top left of the frame.

C/P Gear 2. Resize by 25%. Dropshadow. Position over the first gear.

C/P Gear 1. Resize by 25%. Dropshadow. Position on top of the other 2 gears.

C/P Your tube. Dropshadow.

Type out your font (I used a gradient for the background color). Apply inner Bevel of choice & Gradient Glow of 3. Dropshadow.
