Share Heart tube by Jay Trembly. Get it at SATC.

Nature Calls Kit by ChiChi Designz. Get it also at SATC.

Font: Smith Premier

Filter: Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Window. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow. (Depending on the tube you may want to use a paper behind the frame.)

C/P Flower Doodle. Resize by 50%. Use your deform tool to position along one side of the window. Dropshadow. Duplicate and mirror.

C/P Branches. Resize by 50%. Use your deform tool to make the branches almost as tall as the frame. Dropshadow. Duplicate and change the layer property to multiply.

C/P Branch. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position over one flower doodle. Duplicate & Mirror.

C/P Your tube. Position over the window. Dropshadow.

C/P Stone Trail. Resize by 50%. Use your deform tool to position over the bottom of the tube. Dropshadow.

C/P Oak Fruit. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Position over the bottom left of the frame.

C/P Flowers. Resize by 20%. Go to Effects, Artistic Effects, Sepia Toning set to 100. Dropshadow. Duplicate. Change the layer property to multiply.

C/P Fruits. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Position over the right edge of the flowers.

C/P Butterflies. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Position over the Hazelnuts.

C/P Buzzard. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position over the top right of your tag.

Select the background layer. C/P Petals. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow. Go to Effects, Artistic Effects, Sepia Toning set to 100. Position to one side of your tag. Duplicate and mirror. Layers, Merge Down. Duplicate and change the layer property to multiply.

Select your top layer. Type out your font. Apply inner bevel of choice. Gradient Glow of 3. Dropshadow.
