Open a new image size 500 by 500

C/P Element 16. Resize by 40%. Image, Rotate, Free Rotate 90 degrees left.

Using your lasso tool trace around the inside of the frame.

Add a new raster layer. C/P Paper 5 into selection. Deselect.

Dropshadow frame layer.

C/P Element 28. Resize by 75%. Use your deform tool to position in the bottom right corner. Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen. Add dropshadow.

C/P Element 30. Resize by 50. Mirror and position over wings. Dropshadow.

C/P Element 49. Resize by 40%. Position near the center of the tribal flower. Dropshadow.

C/P Element 63. Mirror. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position near the center of the hearts.

C/P Element 25. Position so it starts in the bottom right corner just before the cluster starts. Dropshadow.

C/P Element 6. Resize by 50%. Image, Rotate, Free Rotate 90 degrees right. Use your deform tool to position over the scatter. Duplicate hearts and merge down. Dropshadow.

C/P Element 62. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position above your flower cluster.

Add font. Apply inner bevel and dropshadow.
