Open a new image size 500 by 500

C/P Element 35. Resize by 70%. Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen.

Use your magic wand to select the inside of the frame. Selections, Modify, Expand by 2.

Add a new raster layer. C/P Paper 22 into selection. Move below the frame layer.

C/P Close up tube as a new layer. Selections, Invert, Delete. Move close up below the frame and deselect. Change the layer opacity to around 50.

C/P Element 32. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.

C/P Element 2. Resize by 50%. Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Position on the bottom left of frame. Duplicate & Flip.

C/P Element 25. Resize by 65%. Image, Rotate, Free Rotate 90 degrees left. Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen.

Position at the bottom left of the frame. Dropshadow.

C/P Element 52. Resize by 30%. Position to the left if the doodle. Dropshadow. Duplicate, Flip, & Mirror. Line up next to the original.

C/P Element 8. Resize by 15%. Dropshadow. Position at the center of the sequins.

C/P Element 7. Resize by 10%. Dropshadow. Position under one side of the larger flower. Duplicate and position opposite the original.

C/P Your tube. Dropshadow.

Type out your font. Apply inner bevel and dropshadow of choice.
