Open a new image size 500 by 500.
Selections, Select all.
C/P paper 5 into selection.
Deselect.
Apply mask of choice and merge group.

Dropshadow.\
Position over the top left of your mask.
C/P Element 47.
Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.
Position near the bottom of the mask.
C/P Element 80.
Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Duplicate & mirror.
Position near the top of the mask.

Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Position along the top of the left side of the water.

Position over the right side of the skull.

Mirror.
Position at the base of the rocks and water.

Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.
Lower the opacity to about 40.

Resize by 20%.
Dropshadow.
Duplicate each fish and position over the top of the mask and coral.
Type out your font.
Apply Eyecandy 4000 Glass.
Change the layer property to Burn.
