Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Frame 3.

Resize by 70%. Dropshadow.

Using your lasso tool select the area around the section of the frame at the bottom.

Add  new raster layer under the frame layer.

C/P Paper 4 into selection.

Deselect.

Use your lasso tool to select around the frame in the middle of the cluster.

C/P Paper 9 into the selection.

Deselect.

Using your lasso tool select around the top 2 frames.

C/P Paper 7 into selection.

Deselect.

C/P City Scape.

 Resize by 75%.

Using your lasso tool select any part of the city that is outside the side of the frame.

Delete.

Deselect.

Using your lasso tool select the part of the city over the inside of the bottom frame.

Delete.

Deselect.

Dropshadow city.

C/P Nail Polish.

Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position almost to the bottom of the right side of the frame.

C/P Stars.

Image, Mirror.

Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position over the bottom right of the frame.

C/P Lips 2.

Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Use your deform tool to position over the stars.

Duplicate lips and resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate small lips.

Position lips over the stars.

Type out your font and convert to raster layer.

C/P your tube.

Dropshadow.

Position over the left side of the frame.
