Supplies Used:

Witch tube by Dancing Slave. Get it HERE.

Total Disorder kit by Gemini Creationz. Get it at PFD.

Eyecandy 4000 Glass & Gradient Glow (Font Only)

Font: Tallyrand.

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Web. Dropshadow.

C/P Frame 2. Resize by  90%.

Select the insid eof the frame using your magic wand.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.

C/P Paper 15 into selection.

Deselect.

Dropshadow frame.

C/P your tube. Dropshadow.

C/P Tattered Mesh. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position over the right side of the frame.

Duplicate Mesh.

Image, Rotate, Free rotate 90 degrees.

Position over the bottom of the frame.

C/P Barded Heart. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position over the bottom right corner of the frame.

C/P Garder. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Use your deform tool to position over the bottom of the heart.

C/P Grass 1. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate grass.

Position one grass under the right side of the heart.

Position the other grass under the left edge of the garder.

C/P Flower 4. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate Flower.

Position one flower under each grass element.

C/P Flower 6. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow.

Duplicate flower.

Position one flower over each of the larger flowers.

Type out your font.

Add Eyecandy 4000 Glass of choice.

Add Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow of 3.

Dropshadow.
