Open a new image size 500 by 500.
C/P Element 121.
Resize by 50%.
Select all the inside selections of the frame.
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.
Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.
C/P Paper 7 into selection.
Deselect.
Select the center inside of the frame.
Add a new raster layer.
C/P your tube into selection.
Deselect.
Move under the frame layer.
Dropshadow.
Change the layer property to Luminance (L).
C/P Element 80.
Resize by 30%.
Image, mirror.
Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.
Position along the bottom of the heart.
C/P Element 97.
Image, Rotate, Free rotate 90 degrees.
Resize by 50%.
Use your deform tool to position on a slight angle over the heart on the right of the frame.
Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen.
Dropshadow.
C/P Element 107.
Image, Rotate, Free rotate 90 degrees.
Resiz eby 50%. Dropshadow.
Use your deform tool to line up along the left side of the frame.
C/P Element 64.
Resize by 15%. Dropshadow.
Duplicate & Mirror.
Position the birds over the hanging flowers.
Type out your font.
Apply inner bevel of choice.
Add Gradient Glow of 3.
Dropshadow.
