Wicked Valentine tut...

 
Supplies Used:
Bianca Valentine tube by Celinart Pinup. Get it HERE.
Wicked Love kit from Hania Design. Get it HERE.
Eyecandy 4000 Glass & Gradient Glow (font Only)
Font: Brother Tattoo & Zombie/

Open a new image size 550 by 500.
C/P Element 95.
Resize by 70%.
Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.
Grab your paint brush with a size of about 3.
Color in the hearts and flowers the colors of your choosing.
Select around the outside edge of the frame using your lasso tool.
Add another new raster layer.
C/P Paper 9 into selection.
Select around the frame to the bottom of the white on the paper layer.
Add a new raster layer.
C/P  paper 2 into selection.
Deselect.
Change the layer property to darken.
Using either the soften or smudge brush blend the black paper into the red grass.
C/P Element 39.
Image, Rotate, Free rotate 90 degrees, all layers unchecked.
Resize by 50%. 
Position near the bottom left of the frame.
Duplicate & mirror.
C/P Element 30.
Adjust, Color Balance, Manual Color Correct.
Set the source to a color from the flowers, Target to your desired color and apply.
Image, Rotate, Free rotate 90 degrees.
Resize by 50%.
Position over the left side of the branches.
Duplicate & Mirror.
C/P Element 87.
Resize by 50%.
Position at the bottom of the flowers and branches.
Duplicate & Mirror.
C/P Element 63.
Resize by 60%.
Position at the bottom of the frame.
C/P your tube.
Using the Zombie font type out VALENTINE at the bottom of the canvas.
Apply eyecandy 4000 glass.
Add Gradient glow of 8 in black.
Using the Brother tattoo font type out Wicked.
Apply eyecandy 4000 glass.
Add Gradient glow of 3 in dark red.
Repeat the Brother tattoo font steps for your name.
Add your copyrig ht and watermark.
Select the background layer.
C/P Element 49.
Image, mirror.
Resize by 85%.
