On The Road tut...

Supplies Used:

On The Road Again kit by Jackies Jewels. Get it HERE.
My Mountain. Get it HERE.
Eyecandy 4000 Glass & Gradient Glow (font Only)
Mask of choice.
Font: Saloon.

Open up the mountain image.
C/P Map 1.
Resize by 50%.
Image, Rotate, Free rotate 15 degrees.
Position under the mountain layer.
Add a new raster layer.
Flood fill blue.
Apply your mask of choice & Merge group.
Change the opacity to about 85.
C/P Clouds.
Change the opacity to 70.
C/P Sun.
Position under the top edge of the mountain.
Click the mountain layer.
C/P Eagle 2.
Resize by 15%. Dropshadow.
Duplicate 2 times.
Mirror one of the eagles.
Position eagles over your sky.
C/P Bison.
Resize by 10%. 
Change the opacity to 90.
Position on top of the mountain to the left.
 C/P Road 1.
Position at the bottom left of the tag.
C/P Speed Limit Sign.
Resize by 10%. Dropshadow.
Change the opacity of the sign to 80.
Position along the side of the road.
C/P Deserted house.
Resize by 50%.
Dropshadow.
Position house near the bottom right of the tag.
I positioned mine so only the front part of the house remained.
C/P Street lamp.
Image, Mirror.
Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.
Duplicate Street lamp.
Position lamps over the front posts of the house.
C/P Old Bike.
Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Position over the front bottom of the house.
C/P Suitcase.
Resize by 20%. Dropshadow.
Position over the back tire of the bike.
C/P Gas Pump.
Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.
psoition in the bottom right corner of your tag.
C/P Eagle 1.
Resize by 25%. Dropshadow.
Position at the bottom left of the pump.
C/P your tube. Dropshadow.
Type out your font.
Convert to raster layer.
Apply eyecandy 4000 Glass.
Add Gradient Glow of 3.
Dropshadow.
