Party In The City kit by Tasha's Playground. Another part of the killer Birthday Collab from SATC.

Font: SBC Curly

Filter: Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow & Glass.

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Frame 2. Resize by 75%. Image, Rotate, Free rotate 90 degrees left. Now using your deform tool position on a slight angle. Dropshadow.

C/P Frame. Resize by 60%. 

Using your magic wand select inside the frame and each of the links. Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer UNDER the frame. C/P Paper 6 into selection. Deselect. Dropshadow chain frame.

C/P Wordart. Resize by 65%. Position near the top of the frame. Apply Gradient glow of 3. Dropshadow.

C/P Stars. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.

C/P Cityscape. Use your deform tool to position to your liking. Dropshadow.

C/P Firework. Resize by 50%. Position in the top right corner of your frame.

C/P Burst. Resize by 50%/ Position over the firework and dropshadow. Duplicate and mirror. Position over the original.

C/P Winged Heart. Resize by  50%. Dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position over the burst.

C/P your tube. Dropshadow.

C/P Box. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position near the bottom right of the frame.

C/P Boots. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position to the right of the box.

C/P Corset. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position over the box and boots.

C/P Glasses. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position at the bottom of the corset.

Type out your font. Apply eyecandy 4000 Glass & Gradient Glow. Dropshadow.

Open a new image size 650 by 250

Selections, Select all.

C/P Paper 15 into selection.

C/P Firework just slightly to the left of the canvas.

C/P Balloons. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Duplicate. Position next to each side of the fireworks.

C/P Cake. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position over the balloons on the left side.

C/P Present. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position under the right side of the cake.

C/P Invite. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position over the right side of the present.

C/P Partyhat. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. position between the invite and the cake.

C/P Your tube. Add Dropshadow.

C/P Sparkle 1. Use your deform tool to position along the bottom of the tag.

Type out your font. Apply Eyecandy 4000 Glass. Apply Gradient Glow of 3. Dropshadow.

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Frame 1. Resize by 60%.

Use your magic wand tool to select inside the frame. Selections, Modify, Expand by 2.

Add a new raster layer. C/P Paper 3 into selection. Deselect and move under your frame layer.

Dropshadow frame.

C/P your tube. Dropshadow.

Open a new image size 500 by 500

C/P Life Preserver 2. Resize by 75%.

Select the inside of the life preserver with you magic wand. Selections, Modify, Expand by 2.

Add a new raster layer. C/P Paper 4 into selection. Deselect and move under your frame layer.

Dropshadow Life Preserver.

C/P Water. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position under the bottom of your life preserver.

C/P Sun. Resize by 50%. Position under the top right of the frame.

C/P Palm Tree. Mirror. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.

C/P Sand. Resize by 50%. Duplicate and mirror. Position both at the bottom of the life preserver. Merge down. Dropshadow.

C/P Surfboard 2. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position over the bottom of the palm tree.

C/P Surfboard. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Use your deform tool to position on a slight angle.

C/P your tube. Dropshadow. Position just over the bottom of the surfboards.

C/P Shells. Resize by 30%. Position at the bottom right of the life preserver. Dropshadow.

C/P Drink. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Duplicate and position one slightly higher than the other with the base of the glass sitting on the shells.

C/P Wheel. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position under one side of the drinks.

C/P Fish 4. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position near the base of the drinks.

C/P Shell 1. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position UNDER the tail of the fish. Duplicate and flip.

C/P Flower 1. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow and position under the blue shells.

Type out your text and add dropshadow.
