Supplies Used:

Eve tube by Celinart Pinup. This is an oldie but your can find her current work at SATC.

Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow

Font: Chubby Cheeks

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Frame 3.

Resize by 65%.

Select the inside of the frame using your magic wand.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.

C/P paper 3 into selection.

C/P Heart Diamonds.

Resize by 65%.

Position hearts near the middle of the paper layer.

Selections, Invert, Delete.

Deselect.

Dropshadow hearts.

Using your eraser tool remove the hanging heart from each side.

Dropshadow frame layer.

C/P Envelope.

Resize by 50%.

Use your deform tool to position on a slight angle over the right side of the frame.

Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

C/P Balloons.

Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position over the top edge of the envelope.

C/P Roses.

Resize by 50%.

Use your deform tool to position along the right edge of the envelope.

Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen.

Dropshadow.

C/P Sparkle Swirl.

Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position over the left side of the envelope.

C/P Valentine's Box.

Resize by 30%.

Dropshadow.

Use your deofrm tool to position on a slight angle at the bottom of the envelope.

C/P Candy Heart.

Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position to the bottom right of the valentine box.

C/P Word Art.

Resize by 65%.

Apply Eyecandy 4000 fat Gradient Glow of 3 in color #cfbac9.

Position at the top of the frame.

C/P your tube.

Dropshadow.

Position at the bottom of the frame.

Type out your font.

Apply inner bevel of choice.

Repeat fat Gradient Glow.

Dropshadow.
