Select the inside of the frame using your magic wand.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.

C/P Paper 8 into selection.

Deselect.

C/P your tube.

Dropshadow.

Use your eraser to remove any excess on the tube.

Dropshadow frame.

Line up over the holly frame.

Select the inside of the gold frame.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer under the gold frame layer.

C/P paper 6 into selection.

Add another new raster layer.

C/P Paper 2 into selection.

Change the layer property to Luminance.

Change the opacity to 60.

C/P your tube.

Position under the gold frame.

Selections, Invert, Delete.

Deselect.

C/P Element 83.

Resize by 55%.

Select the inside of the frame using your magic wand.

Selections, Modify, Expand by6.

Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.

C/P Paper 3 into selection.

 Resize by 40%.

Duplicate tree.

Position trees under the frame.

Selections, Invert.

Hit delete on both tree layers.

Deselect.

Dropshadow both trees und the frame.

Position so the bow is under the other elements.

Use your eraser as needed to remove the excess string.

Select the background layer.

Position under one side of the frame.

Duplicate & mirror.

Move slightly so it is not and exact mirror image.

C/P your tube over the left side of the frame.

Dropshadow.

Type out your font.

Apply inner bevel of choice.

Open a new image size 500 by 500.

C/P Frame 3.

Resize by 65%.

Select the inside of the frame with your magic wand.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.

C/P Paper  2 into selection.

Deselect.

Dropshadow frame.

C/P Snowflake Beads.

Resize by 60%. Dropshadow.

C/P Snowflake Scatter.

Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position over the top left side of the frame.

C/P your tube.

Dropshadow.

Erase tube as desired to fit the frame edge.

C/P Snow Branch 1.

Image, Mirror.

Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position over the top bar of the frame.

C/P Snow leaves.

Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.

Position the leaves starting where the branches start on the snow branch.

C/P Pine Cone Branch.

Resize by 50%. .

Position so the green leaves are spaced between the pinecones.

C/P Berries.

Resize by 20%. .

Duplicate berries 2 times.

Use your deform tool to position the berries over the pinecone branch.

Merge berries down until you get the the pine cone branch.

Dropshadow merged.

C/P Flower Scatter.

Image, Flip & Mirror.

Resize by 65%. Dropshadow.

Position over the top left corner of the frame.

Type out your font over the paper in the frame.

Apply inner bevel of choice.

Change the opacity to about 75.

Select the background layer.

C/P Snowflake 2.

Adjust, Color Balance, Manual color correct.

Set the source to white and the target to a dark red.

Dropshadow snowflake.

Position under the bottom left of the frame.
