C/P Frame 2.

Resize by 15%.

Dropshadow.

C/P Frame 1.

Resize by 15%.

Select the inside of the frame using your magic wand.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.

Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.

Flood Fill black.

Apply Eyecandy 4000 HSB Noise.

C/P your tube.

Resize by 75%.

Selections, Invert, Delete.

Deselect.

Dropshadow tube.

Dropshadow frame.

C/P Element 2.

 Resize by 20%. Dropshadow.

Position over the left side of the frame.

C/P Rose 1.

Resize by 20%.

Image, Rotate, Free rotate 90 degrees.

Dropshadow.

Position over the bottom of the doodle.

C/P Flowers 2 from the tube.

Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.

Positon at the bottom of the rose.

C/P Element 3.

Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.

Position at the bottom of the frame.

C/P Bird from the tube.

Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.

Position over the black flowers.

Type out your font.

Apply inner bevel of choice.

Add gradient Glow of 3 in black.
